BADPIECE s.r.o., Kafkova 580/26, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For anything privacy-related, write to [email protected].

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we process your name, email address, the selected topic and your message. We use them solely to respond to your inquiry and handle the follow-up communication. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding. We keep the correspondence for as long as the inquiry and any resulting cooperation require.

AI chat

Messages you type into the chat widget are sent to Anthropic (the Claude API) to generate a reply. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default; details are in Anthropic’s privacy policy. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the assistant.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Analytics does not run unless you allow it in the cookie banner, and we do not use advertising cookies at all. The legal basis is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time via “cookie settings” below or in the footer.

Local storage

The site stores your language preference and your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. These are technical settings only; they identify nothing and track nothing.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical server logs (IP address, requests) to keep the site secure and running. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website.

Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.cz).
